These terms cover the Roots & Wings website, the copy-paste prompt and the connector at https://values.technology/mcp, made by Pareen ("we"). Using them means you agree to these terms.
What it is
Roots & Wings is a free tool for reflecting on your values. Your card is an early instrument for self-reflection and conversation. It is not a validated psychometric test, and it is not psychological, medical, legal, financial, hiring or relationship advice. Don't use it as the only basis for decisions about yourself or anyone else.
Who can use it
You must be 18 or older.
Your card
You are responsible for what you put on your card, including the first name and any rules you add. Anyone with your card's link can see it. Only compare cards with people who shared their link with you. You can ask us to delete your card at any time (see Privacy).
Fair use
Don't use it to make cards about other people without their consent, to harass anyone, to put unlawful or hateful content on a card, or to overload, probe or break the service. We may remove cards or block use that does.
No warranty
It is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It may change, break or stop at any time, and cards may be lost. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss from using it.
The framework
The Roots & Wings framework, questions and design belong to Pareen. You may share your own card freely.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
